Donate to Sophia and Emma's Earth Day Service Project, "Sunshine Smiles Infused Love Packages"

Sophia and Emma were asked to take on a service project on behalf of Youth Infusion, and while only 1 person could apply for the grant, Sophia and Emma worked together (and will continue to work together) on coming up with a concept, selecting a beneficiary, and writing a grant. Youth Service America awarded Sophia the Hershey's Heart Warming Young Hero's grant for $500 to complete her service project. Sophia will take the lead on this project with Emma by her side.

The girls will be working on Project "Sunshine Smiles Infused Love Packages", where they will be leading a group of 50 youths with a goal to put together 250 care packages for homeless youth in our area. They will be tasked with getting donations, overseeing the process, purchasing products, creating a budget, writing reports, allocating funds, delivering the packages and much more. All before the deadline of May 12th.

Sophia and Emma are excited to have a few tables at the Youth Infusion Earth Day Celebration and Ribbon Cutting, their service project also touches on 4 of the 17 United Nations sustainable development goals. So, while they are helping the homeless youths in our community, they are also proud to be helping and educating others on a more sustainable future.
